What kind of curriculum will be used?
Children will be using different curriculum based on their age group. Some of the resources we use include Children Desiring God and The Jesus Storybook Bible. If you have specific questions about curriculum, contact Paul VanGulick.

How can I volunteer with RedeemerKIDS?
RedeemerKIDS’ relies on volunteers for our Sunday services and for special church events. Because we value children here at Redeemer, we are looking for volunteers who desire to teach our kids the gospel and love them with a gospel-centered love. If you’re interested in serving in RedeemerKIDS on Sundays, please contact Julia VanderPol.

In addition, we are in need of childcare workers for Wednesday evening church events. If you are interested in helping out with either of these needs, please contact Laura Jewett.

My child has food allergies, will they be safe?
During our Sunday services children will be given a snack during the service. Parents of children with food allergies should report such allergies at check-in so that they appear on the child’s security tag. Our volunteers are trained to check these tags prior to snack time to ensure your child’s safety.

What is your sick policy?
If your child has been ill, we request that they be symptom free for at least 24 hours prior to attending a Sunday service. In addition, any contagious diseases must be reported to Paul VanGulick so that proper disinfection can take place.

What is RedeemerKIDS’ restroom policy?
At RedeemerKIDS we have a female-only diaper changing policy. For potty-trained children, our policy guarantees that no child will be left alone with an adult anywhere. This means that bathroom trips will be taken with groups or multiple volunteers.
