Redeemer
Fellowship

We have children’s ministry from birth to 5th grade during the 9 am and 11 am service, and up to age three at the 5 pm service. Parents are also welcome to keep their children with them for the duration of the service. Check-In is located in the Gallery on the second floor of our church.

Parents should check-in their children before each service begins at the RedeemerKIDS desk in the Gallery on the 2nd floor. Each parent will receive a security tag as well as a name tag with their child’s name, information, and assigned classroom. Parents are required to keep their portion of the security tag so they can enter the children’s ministry and to pick up their kids.

We encourage children older than three years join their parents for the singing and prayer time at the beginning of the service. Then, an announcement will be made before the sermon to dismiss these children, who will be escorted to their classrooms by a RedeemerKIDS volunteer.

In addition, changing tables and gliders for nursing mothers are located in the nursing room, where audio of the service is available. Please feel free to ask a RedeemerKIDS volunteer if you need help finding this room.

Safety & Security

For your child’s safety and your peace of mind, we will:

  • Do background checks on all volunteers
  • Have allergy alert stickers available at check-in
  • Ask that when you check-in your child for the first time, you provide emergency contact info & other important info that will help our volunteers know your child better.
  • Provide a security tag for your child, and ask for the parent’s portion of the security tag before releasing any child for check-out.
  • Have pagers available at check-in for easy contact in case of emergency (or an inconsolable child).
  • Require anyone entering the children’s ministry to show their security tag to a security volunteer.
  • If you have more questions about visiting RedeemerKIDS, please email Paul VanGulick.
