A distinctive of Redeemer Fellowship is Team Leadership. We believe the church is built around a team of elders, pastors, teachers, and staff who serve and lead in their area of greatest gifting and skill. Elders function shepherds and overseers to serve the church through collaboration of diverse gifting and personality. Our staff implement and execute the vision and direction set by the elders.
