A distinctive of Redeemer Fellowship is Team Leadership. We believe the church is built around a team of elders, pastors, teachers, and staff who serve and lead in their area of greatest gifting and skill. Elders function as shepherds and overseers to serve the church through collaboration of diverse gifting and personality. Our staff implement and execute the vision and direction set by the elders.

There are six elders at Redeemer. Two of them are non-staff elders and and four are staff, or vocational elders.
