A distinctive of Redeemer Fellowship is Team Leadership. That is, we believe the church is built around a team of elders, pastors, teachers, and staff who serve and lead in their area of greatest gifting and skill. Elders function as directional leaders, shepherds, and overseers to serve the church through collaboration of diverse gifting and personality.
