The City - The City is an online tool designed to help you get involved at Redeemer and connect with other people at our church. Join The City to find a place to serve, learn about upcoming events, and keep up to date with what’s going on in our community. The City is our primary avenue for communication and connection at our church. Signup is available in the Gallery or by clicking here.
Gospel Communities
These are our main pathways for people to wrestle through the implications of the Gospel in the context of community. Gospel Communities meet at various times in homes throughout the city from September to May. More information and signup is available by clicking here.
Redeemer DNA
This class is designed to walk through who we are, what we believe, and why we do what we do as a church. This is our pathway to membership, but you don’t have to be pursuing membership to take the class. It is an 8 week commitment and will meet on Wednesdays at 6:30pm in the First Floor Meeting Space (childcare provided), starting September 29th. To signup, you must be on The City (signup here). Once you are on The City, register by joining the ‘Redeemer DNA’ group within The City or by clicking here.
Explore
This exists for people who may be new to Redeemer and are exploring the Gospel, our church, or the claims of Christianity. It will meet in the Gallery on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm (childcare provided), starting September 15th. Join the ‘Explore’ group on The City for more information.
Matthew Smith & Indelible Grace
On Thursday, September 16th, at 7:30pm in the Sanctuary, we will host a concert with Matthew Smith and Indelible Grace, a community of musicians dedicated to helping the church recover the tradition of putting old hymns to new music for each generation. Cost is $5 at the door. Matthew will also give a free seminar at 5:30pm in the Gallery on the value of old hymn texts.
Newcomer Lunch
On Sunday, September 19th at 1pm we will be serving lunch in the first floor meeting space for those who feel new to Redeemer. Childcare and lunch will be provided, but you must RSVP on The City by Friday, September 17th. If you do not have an account on The City, you can create one by clicking here.
Alcazar Community Meal
On Wednesday, October 6th at 6pm we will host a Community Meal with our neighbors at the Alcazar apartments in our Baltimore parking lot. Meat and drinks will be provided, but please bring a side dish or dessert.
Men’s Leadership Lab
We are hosting our third ‘Men’s Leadership Lab’ this Fall. This 5-week lab will be held on Thursday mornings from 6:15am-7:30am, beginning on October 14th. Participants are required to purchase the book and attend all 5 sessions. For more information, including the required reading, please join the ‘Redeemer Men’ group on The City.
Get Connected by Serving
One of the best ways to get connected at our church is to contribute through serving on one of our ministry teams, including RedeemerKIDS, Greeters, Parking, Coffee, and others.
