Community Meal - August 11th - On Tuesday, August 11th at 6pm there will be a community meal held at Rosedale Park (40th & Mission Rd). Community Meals are pot-luck style meals designed to be a place to get to know one another and grow together as a community. Meat and drinks will be provided, but please bring a side dish or dessert. In case of rain, check the website for cancellation info.
Brown Bag Lunches - On August 29th we will have a brown bag picnic lunch after the 11am service at Gillham Park (43rd and Gillham). These events are an easy way to get to know other people at Redeemer. Pick up a guide of local restaurants in the Gallery, grab a lunch to-go, and meet at the park around 1pm. Bring a blanket or chair and a favorite outdoor game.
Gallery Show - The HOPE art exhibit will be displayed in our Gallery this July and August. Contact art@redeemerkansascity.org for more information.
Get Connected by Serving - We believe that service is something that should primarily happen outside the walls of our church. In light of this, we are committed to empowering people to serve throughout the community through small groups and other avenues. In addition, during our Sunday services we rely on volunteers to serve in various areas such as Children’s Ministry, Parking, Security, Coffee, etc. To find out about opportunities to serve both in the community and in the church, please click here.
